Danilo
"Yeah," I nodded and leaned back on my chair, my spine feeling like it was ready to pop out at any second. I would have gone for a massage but anyone who tried to massage the pain away would have to have fingers of steel. I felt like I was made out of titanium. "Of course Dove, you've been working hard. You can take the day off tomorrow since it's Friday I don't think there's much we'll need you for."
He nodded as he clasped his hands in front of him, "Thank you Danilo." We looked at each other and Dove slowly nodded as he pressed his lips together. Clearly there was something he wanted to ask but seemed to doubt the idea heavily as he stared at me.
"Just ask whatever it is you want to ask, Dove. You already signed the five year contract, I can't fire you now," I shrugged. It was a joke but he looked pale suddenly. "It was a joke. I'm not going to fire you."
"Can I trust this statement?" he pouted.
