"I think you look cute," Miley beamed as she came into my office whilst Rodney was inspecting my mouth. "Did you really have to pick beige for the bands of your braces?" She giggled.
"It's my favorite colour," I sighed. My teeth felt like at any moment they were going to fall out of my mouth if I wasn't gentle. Was this what restructuring your jaw was all about? If so I wasn't a fan. I couldn't even bite into a candy bar as a snack when I was done.
"Yeah cause silver and beige is such a great combination," Rodney teased. "You're cute, I must agree."
"You're just saying that because you were born perfect," I glared at him. Rodney truthfully did have perfect teeth. It was as if he grew up with them hand selected.
"He did," Miley out of nowhere rushed out then quickly blushed when we both looked at her. "Uh, I mean it professionally."
Rodney and I looked at each other briefly before he smiled, "thank you Miley."
