I looked around the boardroom with a half interested glance. The meeting had been going on for hours and I regretted waking up early for this. I was currently at a luxurious five star hotel at the Miami strip.
The owner and management wanted B&B to supply the hotel with an updated interior for all the presidential suites, lobby, reception and the restaurant. It was something we did for most hotels however the negotiations of what we could get out of it was back and forth.
They wanted the pieces at a discounted rate which I would have entertained if they allowed our clients to stay at a discounted rate. Pa never really cared about the money but I was trying to grow B&B. I couldn't help every name under the sun. It was business down to the bone.
"So what I'm trying to understand here is, you're only willing to give myself and the directors and owner of B&B a discounted rate if we agree to this?" I raised my eyebrows then placed my hands on the table.
