The cage was even more crowded than it had been during Jayden's first visit. The casino floor was packed, the fight cage was roaring with spectators, and money was flowing like water.
Jayden moved through the crowd with purpose, his dark clothing and cold expression making people instinctively step aside. He could feel eyes on him—assessing, curious, wary. Word traveled fast in places like this, and while no one knew exactly what he'd done tonight, they could sense something had changed about the silver-haired kid who'd walked out of Big T's office a day ago.
Marcus was waiting at the entrance to the private areas. The massive bouncer's expression was unreadable as he looked Jayden up and down.
"Big T's expecting you," Marcus said, his deep voice cutting through the noise. "You look like you been through something."
