The story began during the Primordial Era when a Huntress fell in love with an emotionless Dragon, and despite family and friends warning her not to venture into said territory, she refused to listen, which ultimately led to her death in the most tragic way possible.
Artemis was the crown princess of the Shades family, a family of assassins and hunters. She was born a Huntress, for in her blood, she was destined to become one.
Her life was perfect.
She had loving parents, supportive siblings, and trusted relatives who would do anything to see each other happy. Artemis had it all: riches, support, and peace.
However, as a Shade, she was supposed to walk in the trade of the family—she was supposed to become a Huntress like her mother, her grandmother, and her great-grandmother.
So from a young age, she began her training.
She was brilliant and hardworking.
