Thank goodness we hadn't gone to it a little deeper,otherwise I don't know how I would have ever faced Kevin's Dad.
"Um Dad,this is Nicole,my girlfriend." He introduced. I quickly stood and shook his hand. They had a lot of resemblance,now I know where his hazel eyes come from.
"Nice to meet you Mr. Tom." I greeted.
" My pleasure Nicole." He said then we broke the hand shake.
"So um Dad what did you need?" Kevin asked him.
"Um, nothing it can wait, I'll tell you later." He said then turned to leave. I then heard him warning Kevin's little brother not to go in there. I just giggled.
After the door was locked,Kevin stared at me embarrassed. " I'm sorry,I should have locked the door." He said.
" It's fine, your dad's cool." I said then he smiled and walked towards me and carried me making me to laugh.

That night Liam couldn't stop thinking of what he saw in the hallway. How did they end up together. Nicole isn't even that popular like Kevin,and some how he still found her. He thought to himself. He just shook his and got into bed ,wored his headphones and listen to his playlist so he could stop thinking about Nicole,and he slowly dozzed off.

Days passed by and our relationship was still well. We got closer,I got to know his mom also,which she accepted me and Kevin also met my mother. We hang out a lot when we weren't at school,he showed me more sides of the city and I met more people. At school my grades were perfect and so were his. Sometimes we did assignments together,watch movies over the weekend and listen to music together. I really became so fond of Kevin and liked him even more.

It was on a weekend at one afternoon. I was in my room doing my assignment,then I heard a knock downstairs. I didn't expect visitors that day and I was alone. I rushed down stairs to see who it was. When I opened the door,I saw Kevin. I was so happy to see him. I jumped on him and hugged him.
" Why didn't you give me a text,or atleast call me to tell me you're coming." I asked getting off him.
"I wanted it to be a surprise." He said with that breath taking smile.
" Oh, come in." I said gesturing him to the door. He got in and closed the door behind him.
" Actually,are you busy?" He asked.
" I was doing my assignment,why ask?" I asked.
" Well my mom needs some help in her bakery and I agreed to it,I was thinking if you would come with me." He said.
I was taking water from the fridge and poured it in two glasses. I handed him one as I drank the other one.
I then sighed and placed the glass on the kitchen island. "Mmmm, I don't know..." I said then sat on the bar stool. He looked at me and also placed the glass full of water on the island. He bent down to my level,then stared at me with puppy eyes. " Please babe,I promise I will bring you back home early, before five pm." He said then held my hand.
I thought about it for a while then I accepted. He was so happy then kissed me on my cheek.
I quickly got up and went to my room,I picked my black jacket,wored my brown uggs, and took my phone. I was wearing a pair of denim shorts and a white tank top and blue socks. I got down stairs and we left after I closed the door.
Shantel's goodies bakery was it's name. It was so big and the cake displayed at the window looked really delicious. Shantel welcomed us and we headed to the bakery's kitchen. There were not many bakers. I then took off my jacket and wored an apron and a hair net and so did Kevin.
He taught me all the tips. We made the dough,added the ingredients... like it was fun.
I then threw some flour on his face, then I laughed.
" Hey what was that for?" He asked trying to rub it off. I laughed even harder.
" Oh so you think it is funny," he said then tried to apply flour on my face to, but it got on my tank top. We both laughed, though messed the kitchen a little bit. We put the muffins in the oven and time them. Shantel then came in the kitchen,she needed some help with the customers at the counter,so she took two bakers,and we were left alone.
Kevin gazed at me. " What? don't look at me like that." I said.
He just smiled and headed to my direction,he came so close and carried me by my hips and placed me on the table. " I really can't stop looking at you babe." He said. I just smiled. " Well I guess I'm not hard to miss." I altered then fixed his hair net. He just nodded,then I felt his lips on mine, we interlocked lips and we kissed. My hands explored his shoulders and neck,while I felt his hands around my small waist. I wanted to feel him closer,so I locked my legs around his waist and it felt better. I didn't want it to stop,I wished we stay like this for much longer. I pulled back. " Your mom is going to find us." I said.
" She won't." He said, then held my neck gently and devoured my lips so hungrily, clearly we crave each other alot.
But the oven interrupted,the muffins were ready, I slowly pushed him a bit. "We should probably get the muffins." I said pulling away from the kiss. He nodded and placed me down.
I opened the oven and took the pot holders,took them out. They smelled so nice and the decoration we made on them made them look beautiful. "They're ready." I said smiling at Kevin. We then let them cool off and packed them for the customer to pick them.
"Here take this my dear." Shantel said handling money to me.
"It's okay Mrs. Tom, you don't have to." I tried to decline. She took my hand placed the couple of dollars and closed my fingers on it.
" Just take it Nicole you did a great job." She complimented.
Later Kevin took me back home. He walked me to the door. " Thanks for bringing me home." I said still holding his hand.
"My pleasure babe,and also thanks for agreeing to accompany me to my mom's bakery." He said.
I just smiled and hugged him, before I could walk away,he grabbed my arm and pulled me close. " Haven't you forgotten something..." He said.
I knew what he wanted. I grabbed him by the cheeks and kissed him. I pulled back and got in after waving at him... God,I like him so much.
