Hallen sealed the collar inside an Association case while the arena crowd argued about Rynn being alive. The public feed had captured the memory, so correcting that rumor mattered before Ivory used it to bury the useful part.
"That recording has no date," Hallen said, closing both evidence clasps, "your friend could have entered Warehouse Nine yesterday."
"He has been dead eight months," Vell replied, keeping his injured palm away from the case, "send the buffer to Luna before your office improves it."
Yenna collected a certified copy from the arena recorder, then attached Hallen's signature before he could leave. Her own Grade-Two mark went beneath his, making any later change a dispute between witnesses instead of another claim from Vell.
