I turned to look at Keisuke, the only one still standing. His eyes were wide as he stared at the broken bodies on the floor.
"This… is not possible…"
"You… you are the devil…"
I chuckled.
"Yeah. I'm here to let you experience hell."
Keisuke's gaze flicked to the television, where the live feeds still showed his remaining men approaching Akane's base. His voice turned desperate.
"Let me go… I'll call them off… I swear I'll call them off!"
Akane grabbed my arm from behind, voice tight with urgency.
"Jack… let him go. We need to save my disciples. Tachibana and Hitomi are also there."
I kept my eyes on the old man.
"There's no need. I want to end this completely."
Keisuke's face twisted into something wild.
"You… even if you are the devil, you can't save them unless I call them off! They'll be raped and killed!"
Akane pulled at my arm harder, voice rising.

I turned my head just enough to meet her eyes through the mask.
