She stared up in fear at the body that was attached to the thatched roof of this building. "D-did I kill him?" She muttered to herself, feeling horrified and a bit regretful.
'Did I just kill a core disciple of the sect?' She thought. 'But he was so handsome…'
Just as she thought of this, she heard a cough, then…

Brutus collapsed to the floor of the building in a heap.
She stared at him, noting that he was just unconscious almost immediately as she heaved a sigh of relief, but then she blushed. 'Why did I heave a sigh of relief?'
'As if this is the first time I've killed someone'. Her face turned cold as she regained her usual fieriness. 'He's just a core disciple that I recruited to the sect'.
'Mama will be glad'.
Thinking that, she conveniently ignored the unfamiliar feelings in her that she could not understand. Looking at him and the blood on his body, she winced slightly. "He needs first aid treatment".
