Sensing her excitement, Henry said, "Charlotte, I think I should go over. Stay safe when you're waiting for me."
Charlotte was confused by Henry's words.
She said, "Henry, I don't understand what you're trying to say."
A dark look crept into Henry's eyes.
He had long sensed that something was off.
However, because Charlotte's sister was already dead, he did not feel the need to bring it up.
Nonetheless, with the possible "resurrection" of Charlotte's sister, he had to voice out his doubts. "Charlotte, haven't you realized that your mother never mentioned or even asked about your sister?"
It dawned on Charlotte.
Henry was right.
If he had not reminded her, she never would have noticed it. It was true that her mother had never mentioned her sister.
By right, that was almost impossible.
After all, they were both her children.
It did not make sense for Samantha to disregard her dead daughter completely.
