Clara nodded to the old servant.
Just as the old servant was about to leave, she unintentionally caught sight of Charlotte.
Upon seeing her face, the old servant's pupils widened. She dropped the spray bottle from her grasp as she was taken aback.
The water in spray bottle spilled everywhere.
"What's wrong?" Clara asked, frowning.
The old servant instantly returned to her senses.
"It's nothing, Ms. Green. I'm getting clumsier as I get older. Sorry," she hurriedly picked up the spray bottle and explained.
With that, the old servant dashed away.
Neither Clara nor Liam dwelled on what had just happened.
After all, it was just an old servant dropping the spray bottle on the ground. Nobody would think about it any further.
At the entrance of the Holmes Residence, Clara bade Charlotte goodbye.
Charlotte then brought Phoenix away.
