Kiernan touched the bulletproof glass window with his smoking hand, and it started to turn to ash.
With a hole now in the window, Kiernan jumped through and landed before the dangling woman.
He swung his hand at the chains, trying to cut through them, but his hand didn't go quite through.
"It's an Unknown Chain. High Elves made it. It was created to bound Gods and Devils in the underworld, so I don't think you can simply cut through it."
The woman said.
Kiernan chuckled and then covered the chain in his darkness.
Nothing happened to the chain, but shortly after, it started disappearing into the darkness until it was completely gone.
Now freed, the woman landed on the ground—in a very weakened state—and since she hadn't used her legs in eight hundred years, she kept sitting down weakly.
"I-I am still pretty weak… because of this collar…"
She grabbed the collar with a hateful look and wanted to rip it apart, but she had no strength to accomplish that.
