"Oh!" Charlotte suddenly realized something as she looked at the new ladies. "Darling, didn't you notice? These ladies need a bath. You poor girls must have been travelling for days."
"Oh. I didn't think of that." I replied.
"Let's go then."
So that's your game, Charlotte, I realized when we were halfway to the bath. I'm on to you now. First you break down my defenses with teasing, then you lead me to whatever you want. Wait, why would she want this? Never mind, she's probably just trying to be helpful.
"Ooh, this will be a feast for the senses." Charlotte said, excited. "We're about to bathe together with these beautiful strangers. We don't even know their names, but we will know their bodies so intimately."
Never mind again. Apparently Charlotte actually wants this.
One of the ladies was about to speak. The five of them looked confused and uncomfortable as we walked.
"No, don't tell us your names." Charlotte interrupted. "That would spoil the fun."
