Chapter 646 - Chapter 646: Problem Solved

A painful scream echoed as Hilda clutched her wrist, the blinding fresh blood and her snow-white palm lying on the ground forming a tragic scene.

"Ahhh! Unforgivable! How dare you harm Princess Hilda! I'll kill you!" Several God Warriors, spurred by the intense shock, ignited their Cosmos and charged forward fiercely.

However, Shin merely waved his hand, combining Armament Haki with his burning Cosmos, instantly sending the rampaging warriors flying back, spitting blood, and crashing to the ground.

If the Nibelungen Ring can't be taken off, then fine, I'll just cut off your hand and see if this wretched ring can still control people's hearts!

It had to be admitted that Shin's method was simple and brutal—but also undeniably effective.

Hilda's originally cold and stern gaze quickly cleared under the combined shock of the ring leaving her body and the intense pain.

Seeing the God Warriors once again sent flying by Shin, spitting blood everywhere, Hilda ignored the pain and injury on her hand and urgently cried out, "Don't kill them! Please, stop!"

Shin glanced at Hilda, noticing her clear and gentle eyes and a demeanor completely different from before.

He nodded slightly and asked, "It seems you've regained consciousness?"

"Yes, thank you for the Sanctuary's help."

Hilda casually tore off a piece of her robe, wrapped it around her wrist to stop the bleeding, and respectfully thanked Shin, saying, "I will stop the melting of the Arctic glaciers.

Please forgive the offense committed by Asgard!"

Compared to her demeanor in the original anime, Hilda's current behavior was incredibly subservient—she had no choice.

Not only was Shin overwhelmingly powerful, but his personality didn't seem particularly benevolent.

If she spoke too slowly, all the God Warriors of Asgard might end up dead!

Hearing this, Shin nodded, waved his hand casually, and as black energy swept forth, all the God Warriors were sucked into a dark dimension.

Hilda's expression changed, and she looked pitifully at Shin, who merely shrugged slightly: "As long as you remain obedient, these guys will be fine."

As he spoke, Shin reached out and picked up Hilda's severed hand.

Without the support of Hilda's Cosmos, Shin pulled the Nibelungen Ring right off.

Next, he took Hilda's forearm.

As chakra flowed, the cloth wrapping the wound instantly tore open.

Gently pressing the forearm wound and the wrist together, the pure Yang Release chakra instantly reattached the severed limb.

Hilda waved her wrist with a complicated expression, realizing her entire hand was completely restored; the slight, lingering pain was merely psychological.

However, thinking of the God Warriors whose fate was currently unknown, Hilda felt overwhelmingly anxious.

Yet, seeing Shin's attitude, she knew that anything she said before stopping the melting of the Arctic glaciers would be useless.

She could only hope Shin would keep his word and spare Asgard...

Stopping the melting of the Arctic glaciers was not difficult for Hilda, the Queen of Asgard.

Even if Saori Kido exhausted herself, she could only slow down the glacier melting, partly because her Cosmos was fundamentally unsuited for this task, and partly because Saori Kido's human body was a limitation.

But for the Norse pantheon, whose authority was rooted in the North and had strong ties to ice and snow, Hilda merely offered a prayer.

Using her own Cosmos as a guide, the glaciers of the entire Arctic Ocean instantly refroze.

Afterward, Hilda looked at Shin with teary eyes.

Shin extended his hand, and the group of God Warriors was thrown back out, except they had all been stripped completely naked of their God Robes.

Although their God Robes were gone, the God Warriors' injuries were completely healed.

Dazed, they scrambled to their feet.

Seeing Shin standing before them and their tearful Queen Hilda, they immediately rushed to stand in front of Hilda, glaring angrily at Shin.

If they hadn't been beaten so severely by Shin, they would have charged him right then and there.

Hilda quickly restrained the God Warriors.

They didn't even have their God Robes now; charging forward would just be suicide.

After much persuasion, Hilda finally convinced the God Warriors that she had only been misled by the Nibelungen Ring, and that although Shin's methods were brutal, he had genuinely saved her.

Furthermore, the fact that Hilda's severed hand had been restored finally put the God Warriors at ease.

Their unease was pointless; Shin indicated that even if they all attacked him together, he could still swat them down with a single blow.

It was better to be sensible and just obey.

During the time Hilda was praying, Shin was constantly absorbing the various insights regarding the Cosmos contained within the seven God Robes.

Although these Cosmos seemed similar, they indeed held subtle differences compared to the Cosmos of the Sanctuary's Saints.

Shin discovered that the Cosmos of the God Robes were completely suppressed by the Cosmos emanating from Hilda.

In contrast, the Cosmos emitted by the Gold Cloths did not have this problem.

"This must be some kind of restriction that those gods placed on their warriors from the beginning... It seems I was right not to awaken my Cosmos yet."

Having absorbed all the Cosmos insights from the God Robes, Shin looked up at the statue of Odin, considering whether he should take out the Odin Robe and mess around with it.

"Forget it.

Doing that in plain sight seems a bit too brazen.

Anyway, Northern Europe is sparsely populated and the weather is bitterly cold.

Apart from Hilda occasionally coming here to pray, no one else is likely to wander here just to freeze."

"I'll find a time when no one is around to come back and dismantle Odin's statue."

Thinking this, Shin decided not to stay any longer.

His entire body transformed into a golden streak of light and vanished from the lands of Northern Europe.

Subsequently, several small black dots fell from the sky, and with a clattering sound, eight God Robes covered in cracks were tossed onto the ground.

Hilda carefully examined them.

Although the God Robes were heavily damaged, they had fortunately not reached the point of complete collapse and spiritual dissipation.

Given the God Robes' regenerative ability, they should be able to recover completely within a few months.

Asgard's resources were nowhere near those of the Sanctuary.

Since the Norse gods had all fallen asleep due to Ragnarök, the kind of "revival" repair needed for the Cloths would be a huge burden on the entire palace.

At least they hadn't reached that stage yet.

With Shin's departure, the other God Warriors and Hilda all breathed a sigh of relief, each one speechless.

Although their conflict with the Sanctuary was only because they were controlled, being utterly crushed by someone still filled all the God Warriors and Hilda with deep frustration.

They had been told that God Warriors and Gold Saints were comparable in strength, so how could they all be defeated in a single move?

Was that what "comparable" meant?
