"We're here," Seth said as he stood up from his chair and walked for the holographic screen inside the command chamber.
His voice was powerful as it echoed across all the walls of the vessel. There was no reply, no one was here with him.
The vehicle he was in was almost empty, except for him and his other companion.
Seth was wearing a simple leather jacket with a white inner shirt and black trousers, a cleaner look that seemed more modern than what he had come to the mortalverse with.
His face was still babyish and his eyes still glowed white. In the past two years, he had barely changed.
After rising from his chair, Seth walked. He took a simple step forward, causing space and time to fracture and twist around him.
By the time he took his second step, he was no longer in the command chamber; he was now in a separate chamber within the arkship he was staying in.
