"Do you see it as a compliment?" Exalon asked with a jesting expression.
"I don't know," Katari said as she took a step back from Exalon, not out of fear but because she needed a bit of space to think and Exalon's body projected an illusion of being big enough to occupy every area in her vision.
"Am I crazy?" She asked herself, turning away from the Exalon and the time bubble.
For the first time in her life, Katari was thinking deeply about herself. It wasn't that she had never thought about herself before but she had never thought…deeply.
Her first thoughts always revolved around Kael, not her as it was currently.
Exalon raised one of his eyebrows, puzzled. He saw the expression Katari had just before she turned away from him, it was a look of bewilderment, something he had not seen since he met her.
"I'm crazy?
