The Old Land Starry Sky's designation for the Eleventh Realm as Saint was originally intended to signify a transcendence to a wholly different realm.
As for the Twelfth Realm, the title is even simpler: the Emperor of Saints, thus the Saint Emperor.
Originally, in the perception of quite a few Saint Emperors, Lifeless True Saint might name it Saint Emperor or a similar title, continuing the Saint Emperor appellation.
But now it seems to be a completely unrelated name.
Supreme, it has no connection whatsoever with Saint Emperor and such.
However, they also understood.
Names are not really important, having one is sufficient.
