He shouldn't be on Spiritual Mountain; he should go to the Demon Buddha Temple instead.
Later, upon learning more, Tao Buddha Child felt that indeed, the Tarnished Compassion Buddha's golden body was filthy beyond repair, but perhaps his Buddha heart had been refined in the Suffering Realm, possibly erasing evil thoughts, gaining great enlightenment.
