One of them answered coldly, then resumed drinking his wine.
Gao Liu lifted his robes and slowly ascended to the eighth floor, witnessing the utter chaos there.

"Master ordered me to assist you."
Gao Liu stood at the doorway as an archive flew straight at him, striking his head.
An incoming book should be avoidable, yet he inexplicably failed to dodge it, making him aware of the gap between Jiang Xiaobai and himself.
"You're searching on the wrong floor."
Gao Liu then said, "I remember now; I think I saw it upstairs."
