Emperor Yu accepted the drawing. It was a beautifully exquisite map of Chang'an, meticulously depicting the city's workshops, fields, bridges, canals, rivers, and the bustle of carriages and pedestrians, all rendered with lifelike, minute detail. The only disconcerting aspect was the dense scattering of numerous black dots across it, which were distasteful to behold.
