This building in Sui Ning was constructed during the Great Xing Period of the previous dynasty, retaining the Song Dynasty style since Great Xing replaced Song.
A wooden structure, towering tall, stable yet lively, with a central main building flanked by two side buildings.
The main building stands four stories high, three bays wide, extending four purlins deep, with a central door in the clear span, exuding solemnity and grandeur.
