The Star Power of Legendary Mutants is in a Flowing State, similar to a gaseous form but not gas.
Once the Star Power compresses again, it becomes Superfluid.
This turns the Star Power into a fluid-like superfluid that doesn't require the low-temperature conditions of physical superfluids, yet possesses its properties. There's no viscosity within the Star Power, nor any friction, allowing it to flow endlessly.
Superfluid Star Power has many advantages.
For example, the storage capacity of the Star Gland expands manyfold, the output power of Star Power is higher, and transmission losses are reduced, and so on.
The method of advancement is the same as that of a Super Legend and can be assisted by the "Star Elevation Device".
