The purpose of this meeting was quite simple—to discuss the new leader of the NW organization and resolve the current turmoil as quickly as possible in order to focus our strength against the intrusion of external forces.
The meeting was initiated by Levi, the Clan Chief of the Abak family.
But that didn't mean Levi would be the new leader of the NW organization.
The NW organization, at its core, was essentially a coalition of all the capital and elite interests in the Los Angeles area.
Even when the Three Founders were still around, it was guided by interests, deterred by force, rather than a simple matter of who ruled over whom.
The reason everyone came to the meeting was simply because a stable situation was in line with the interests of the majority.
