Peng Ju used both hands and feet to brace against the Shen's upper and lower jaws, struggling to keep the creature from biting down. But the Shen exerted force with its tongue, wrapping around his waist, pulling hard, almost snapping him in two!
Another Shen swung its forelimb, reaching into the first Shen's mouth to extract Peng Ju, intending to devour him itself.
