Chapter 33 - Chapter 32: The Dawn of a New Era

Samuel led the gathered gods, demons, and supernatural leaders into a vast chamber. The room was designed for war councils, with an enormous circular table at its center. As Samuel took his seat, the others followed, though the tension in the air was palpable.

Samuel leaned forward, his golden eyes scanning the room.

"Although the supernatural world should remain hidden from humans, there must be order. We cannot continue to exist in isolation," he began.

The leaders exchanged glances, some nodding while others remained skeptical.

Samuel continued, his voice steady.

"This world—this sector—is classified as a lower one. Reality itself confirmed that to me."

A murmur rippled through the crowd. Even among the gods, few truly understood the classifications of existence.

"The reason we've had peace," Samuel explained, "is that higher sectors cannot invade lower ones. However…" He paused, his expression darkening. "That will soon change."

Silence filled the chamber.

"Why?" Odin asked, his voice deep and steady. "What's changing?"

Samuel exhaled. "With the Yoruba gods now fully awakened, they will begin drawing power from the universe. As a result, this sector will begin evolving."

A sharp intake of breath came from Orunmila. Even Lucifer and Michael narrowed their eyes.

"And as this sector absorbs more power, it will no longer be shielded from invasion," Samuel added.

A deep chill settled over the room.

"This means war is coming," Samuel stated bluntly.

Michael's wings twitched. "And what of you?"

Samuel's expression was unreadable. "As a Primordial, I cannot interfere unless the battle becomes too gruesome. For example, a one-sided massacre."

Lucifer smirked. "How convenient."

Before Samuel could respond, Orunmila raised a hand, his eyes sharp with understanding.

"How exactly are sectors classified?"

Samuel leaned back, his fingers tapping lightly on the table.

"A First-Class Lower Sector is a newborn world without gods—a place where new life is just beginning. A Second-Class Lower Sector has gods and supernaturals, but none have achieved complete divinity." He gestured around the room. "That was us."

A tense silence followed.

"And a Third-Class Lower Sector?" Orunmila pressed.

"That is a sector where at least one god has completed their divinity."

The implications were clear. With the Yoruba pantheon's awakening, their sector had now ascended.

Odin frowned. "And what about higher sectors?"

Before Samuel could answer, a soft sneeze echoed through the room.

"Achoo!"

A baby girl materialized at the center of the table.

Every god, demon, and supernatural entity in the room froze.

The child, no older than two, blinked her large golden eyes and scanned the gathered figures. Then, spotting Samuel, she giggled, stretching her arms toward him.

"Papa!"

Samuel exhaled and picked her up without hesitation, settling her onto his lap. He patted her head gently.

"Apologies for the interruption," he said casually.

But the gods—even Orunmila himself—were shaken.

For a brief moment, when the child gazed at them, they all felt it.

A feeling none of them should ever experience.

Absolute fear.

Even beings like Shiva, who commanded death emissaries, felt a terror that shook them to their core. It was as if death itself had locked eyes with them.

Lucifer, usually unfazed by all things, tightened his grip on the table. What kind of child was this?

Samuel continued speaking as if he hadn't just introduced the most terrifying entity in existence.

"A First-Class Higher Sector is a sector where at least ten gods have achieved full divinity attainment."

The gathered deities struggled to focus, their minds still haunted by the child's presence.

"A Second-Class Higher Sector is a place where one hundred or more gods have attained divine perfection."

Murmurs filled the room. The number alone was staggering.

"And a Third-Class Higher Sector…" Samuel's eyes darkened. "…is a realm where an entire pantheon has reached enlightenment."

A deep silence followed.

"You're telling me," Zeus whispered, "that there exist pantheons where thousands of gods have attained full divinity?"

"Yes," Samuel said simply.

The weight of the revelation crushed the room into silence.

Then, Samuel spoke again, his words carrying an even heavier impact.

"The Yoruba pantheon has twenty gods with full divinity attainment."

Orunmila's eyes widened slightly, while Sango and Ogun exchanged knowing glances.

"This means our world is evolving into a First-Class Higher Sector."

The tension in the room thickened.

Samuel leaned forward. "And that comes with consequences."

"What kind of consequences?" Lucifer asked, already suspecting the answer.

"All First-Class Higher Sectors will now be able to access our world unless we protect it."

The deities stiffened.

"In other words, we're now on the radar of some of the most powerful beings in existence."

Orunmila exhaled slowly. "A world with ninety-nine gods at full divinity attainment is also a First-Class Higher Sector…"

Samuel nodded. "And if we're unlucky enough to be discovered by those kinds of gods, we will be in trouble."

The implications sent shivers through the room.

"So what do we do?" Odin asked.

Samuel smirked. "We prepare."

"And how do you propose we do that?" Orunmila questioned.

Samuel's smirk widened. "I will hold a tournament."

A flicker of curiosity crossed Zeus' face. "A tournament?"

"Yes," Samuel confirmed. "To determine the power levels of every pantheon."

The room fell into deep contemplation.

"Each pantheon will hold their own matches to determine their best warriors," Samuel continued. "Then, the champions will face each other in this arena."

Michael's eyes gleamed with understanding. "To determine the strongest… and the weakest."

"Exactly," Samuel said.

A new era was beginning.

And soon, the strongest of the supernatural world would rise.

He'll tell them that according to history, the strongest patheon was the Norse patheon with Odin being the most powerful and the weakest the Egyptians at least that's without the Yoruba patheon in the picture now the strongest is the Yoruba patheon and the weakest is the Chinese patheon. The reason they weren't here was that they are suppressed by the dragon gods so the dragon gods speaks for them. They'll follow the dragon king. He said he'll like to know their individual strengths so the would know how much man power they have.
