Through the hallways Gabrielle ran as the servants she passed bowed to her uttering a simple greeting of, "Milady."
She ignored them, her mind stuck on getting to Ansel.
'I have to hurry, I can't miss him before he leaves Florian…'
She made her way to her bedroom, hurrying in, she rushed over to her vanity, hurriedly going through each drawer.
"Milady, what are you doing," Josephine asked, as she entered the room.
"Looking for something," Gabrielle answered, continuing to go through the drawers.
"May I ask what exactly you're looking for? It seems to have you in a frenzy," Josephine chuckled, stepping towards her.
"Found it," Gabrielle cheered, flashing the handkerchief to Josephine, "I found it just in time too."
She turned around, facing Josephine, a smile beamed on her face from ear to ear.
"A handkerchief," Josephine sighed, "Don't tell me…"
"It's exactly what you think," Gabrielle hummed, interrupting her.
