What Liu Shuying desires is the "next world," a world more vibrant than the present. As for who creates that world, he probably doesn't care much. Creating it himself would be ideal, but having the Old Fist God create it wouldn't be unacceptable either.
From another perspective, a magic world created by someone else might be even more unknown and exciting. The world won't advance according to his will, and Liu Shuying can't continue being a "Prophet" in the next world. From a standpoint of interest and safety, that's not beneficial, but from an adventure standpoint, it's an improvement.
Whether Liu Shuying truly thinks this way doesn't need confirmation from him. In a sense, he is just another version of me in this world. Only regarding his true thoughts can I make a very certain judgment.
