"Did you hear that sound?" One of the guards on the watchtower asked. He turned to look at the man beside him and asked in a low voice, "I think something big is heading our way."
"Huh?" The guard next to him wiped the saliva that was dripping down from the corner of his mouth. Because he had been sleeping, he could not focus on the sound that the other guard was talking about. He looked around a little bit and then shook his head. "I think you are thinking too much. I can't hear any sounds."
As he spoke, the man was about to go back to sleep. Seeing this, the other guard raised his hand and smacked him on the back of his head. "Have you lost your mind? Wake up and listen carefully. How can you even see what is going on if you are not even awake!?" As the guard finished speaking, he did not forget to glare at the man.
Only then did the man snap out of his daze and start to focus on his surroundings.
