Chapter 3 - Who am I ?

**"Who am I?"**

This question echoed within Kaal, like an unfamiliar voice shaking him repeatedly. Lying on the cold hospital bed, his body was broken—bones shattered, muscles torn—but his soul... his soul was feeling something entirely different. He found himself trapped between two different existences.

One consciousness—one he had brought with him—came from a distant, unknown planet, filled with science, logic, and reason. The other consciousness—rooted in this very body—was soaked in the harshness and injustice of this world.

A clash of two worlds, a convergence of two opposing emotions, and caught in the middle—was a boy named Kaal.

Kaal closed his eyes. He began to peer into the depths of his mind, searching for that consciousness within him, one that had blended into his being, yet remained unrecognized.

Gradually, old memories began to shimmer in his awareness—like rays of light hidden deep in fog.

**And the truth emerged.**

This place where he was now—this too was **Earth**.

But not the Earth he once knew.

This was a shattered, scorched, and struggling Earth, fighting to be reborn.

A massive vision spread before his eyes—a time in history when Earth's very existence was under threat.

**Nearly 2 million years ago...**

Earth was invaded by a species far beyond the limits of physical form. They were interstellar looters—hybrids of robotic and demonic DNA. Armed with the most advanced weapons, their armies held the power to annihilate entire planets.

They didn't just destroy cities; they reduced millions of innocent lives to ash.

Humans, like helpless children, stood powerless before this storm.

They had only two hopes—**Sadhaks** and the **military**.

The Sadhaks were those who had awakened hidden powers within themselves, balancing spirituality and science. But even they couldn't withstand the wrath of nuclear flames.

In the final battle, the Sadhaks sacrificed their lives to save humanity—**self-sacrifice**.

And then... darkness reigned for millions of years.

Humanity broke, scattered, but never gave up.

Slowly, they began to understand the abandoned technologies of the looters—warships, armors, laser weapons. They adapted the tech in their own way. But by then, one essential energy had vanished from Earth—**QI**.

**QI**—the very root of spiritual cultivation, the essence that connected life and power within beings.

Now, cultivation was just a memory—a lost art that no one dared to explore.

The global human population had shrunk to just one billion, and even those were weak and fractured.

Then, some scientists turned their attention to the **mutation zones**—terrifying areas where radiation had twisted life into monstrous forms. These creatures came to be known as **beast mutants**.

Inside them flowed a mysterious liquid—**Mutation Fluid**. This fluid had the power to transform a human body into something as hard as metal and grant supernatural abilities.

This discovery gave humanity a new hope.

And so, over the next 200 years, a new age dawned on Earth—**the age of Mutators and Beast-taming warriors.**

Ordinary people began to rise as powerful fighters.

Amid all this, a rare device was discovered—**The Teleporter**.

This teleporter allowed humans to travel to alien planets—planets where life thrived, but were infested with ferocious beasts whose power dwarfed Earth's creatures a hundredfold.

This device became both a **blessing and a curse** for humanity.

---

**But Kaal's own story was just as tragic as this ancient history.**

It all began on the day the final bell rang at Delhi's Memorial School.

Kaal's heart was shattered.

The girl—**Kirti**—whom he had loved silently for years, had rejected him.

Her eyes were misty, and her lips trembled, but she said—"I'm sorry."

"I had no choice. My family said I could only marry someone rich and successful."

A storm surged within Kaal.

"So... it was all about money?"

Tears rolled down Kirti's cheeks.

"I'm sorry, Kaal. But it's the truth."

Kaal said nothing.

His heart was silent, but his eyes burned—with a fire that raged deep like ocean waves.

**But someone else had overheard it all—**

**Rohit Rathore.**

Heir to the seventh-richest family on Earth, who had witnessed everything with a cruel gaze.

He turned to his cronies and sneered—"He proposed to Kirti? He needs to be taught a lesson."

And then, in a dark corridor—

Blood was spilled.

Kaal was beaten mercilessly. So brutally that his breath almost stopped.

It was a pain he would never forget.

---

**And now\...**

Lying on the hospital bed, Kaal—trapped between two consciousnesses—was slowly awakening.

He was no longer just a boy rejected by society.

He had bonded with the consciousness of a cosmic warrior—one who had traveled countless galaxies, who had stood at the edge of death and gazed into the mysteries of life.

His heart now blazed—with the fire of justice.

That fire kindled a new power within him—one that didn't weaken him, but made him stronger than ever.

He knew he had to rewrite his story.

He knew his journey was far from over.

His heart now beat for justice—for the wounds inflicted on him, for the dreams that had been shattered, and for the promises left unfulfilled.

A new resolve gleamed in Kaal's eyes—

**This battle was no longer just for him, but for all those the world had forgotten.**

---

Kaal took a deep breath.

The consciousness within him was gradually becoming complete.

It was telling him he was more than just a boy. He was a **warrior**.

A warrior who not only had to save his own world, but uncover the mysteries of the entire cosmos.

And above all—

He had made a vow that he would never give up.

Because now, he finally knew—**"Who I am."**
