Julian found himself flanked on three sides by his daughters, each one pressing their advantage with feminine weapons that had nothing to do with cultivation or combat techniques.
He laughed, acknowledging that yes, they had absolutely succeeded in distracting him.
"Fair enough," he conceded. "You've made your point. Though if you think a little feminine charm is going to make me go easy on you—"
He moved.
One moment he was surrounded, the next he was behind Seraphine, tapping her shoulder gently. "You're eliminated."
Before she could react, he was beside Cassandra, doing the same. "Eliminated."
Then he was in front of Lyanna, his hand on her wrist, preventing her from reaching for her sword. "Eliminated."
