Chapter 13 - 13 - It's Cum, No It's Milk!

Two bulls had just given birth to a calf.

Forget about Alvida for a moment, even the two bulls themselves were absolutely terrified when they realized what had just happened to them.

Something that completely shattered the natural order had occurred right before their eyes, and they were the ones who'd experienced it firsthand.

Kira stared blankly at the scene for a moment, then looked around in disbelief. She even ran underneath the bulls to double-check their anatomy.

Her findings confirmed what everyone already knew: they were both definitely male.

For several long minutes, both girls just stared at Marcus in silence, trying to process what they'd witnessed.

Two bulls giving birth at high speed had completely destroyed their understanding of how the world was supposed to work.

But Marcus wasn't finished demonstrating yet.

He moved over to the two sheep next.

The sheep didn't sense anything unusual about the situation. They just stared hungrily at the wheat in his hand, drooling.

Then... something equally magical happened again, the two sheep gave birth to lambs.

All perfectly square-shaped, just like the calf.

Finally, he approached the chickens.

This time he swapped the wheat for wheat seeds, which seemed more appropriate for poultry.

And once again, something completely shocking occurred.

The egg-laying process was entirely bypassed, chicks were born instantly on the spot.

"What the hell..."

Alvida's expression turned increasingly bewildered.

Devil Fruit powers were indeed mysterious and often defied logic, but wasn't this getting a bit ridiculous?

Her own Slip-Slip Fruit only made her skin smoother and let things slide off her body.

But Marcus' abilities... seemed to encompass way more than just one specific power.

Marcus looked at the lambs and calf, like a farmer admiring a successful harvest.

He patted their perfectly geometric heads.

No fur shedding, no waste products to clean up, and they only needed small amounts of food to survive indefinitely. It was absolutely perfect for farming in limited space.

Unfortunately, it seemed they couldn't be stacked or stored like items in the game anymore, they were real, living creatures now.

Abandoning any thoughts of extreme density farming, he quickly redesigned a section of the deck to accommodate his new livestock.

Although he hadn't managed to obtain grass blocks yet, feeding them wheat worked perfectly fine for their immediate needs.

"You're going to raise them like this?" Alvida asked, her expression growing more puzzled by the minute.

"Why not? Is there a problem with that?"

"It's definitely possible... if you're not worried about them falling overboard, or getting eaten by seabirds."

Alvida had enough sailing experience to know the real dangers of the open ocean.

In the One Piece world, it wasn't just Sea Kings that grew to enormous sizes, there were also massive birds of prey that could snatch people right off ship decks.

Placing small animals openly on the deck like this? They probably wouldn't survive two days.

Marcus understood her concern immediately.

After thinking for a moment, he built a protective wooden shelter over the livestock area, with walls and a roof.

Looking at the ship's deck, now transformed into what looked like a floating barnyard, Alvida couldn't bear to keep watching.

Kira, however, went over to the newborn chick and gently stroked its angular body. Although it looked hard and geometric, it felt surprisingly soft to the touch.

She could definitely feel that she was touching feathers.

But these feathers were completely integrated, they couldn't be plucked or separated, as if they were part of a seamless whole.

"This is so amazing," she whispered.

The newly born chick didn't resist her gentle touch at all. In fact, it seemed to enjoy the attention, showing a small expression of contentment.

"Can I take care of this one?" She looked at the tiny creature.

Marcus nodded. Minecraft-style cows, sheep, and chickens were completely passive, they'd never attack people or cause trouble.

"Let me see how stable they are over the next couple of days. If there are no issues, you can keep it as a pet."

"Okay! Thank you so much, Marcus!"

Kira was very excited.

Meanwhile, Marcus had already pulled out a bucket he'd been planning to use for this exact purpose.

He approached the bull that was closest to the makeshift fence.

The poor animal was still in shock, staring at the square-shaped calf, while the calf nuzzled affectionately against the bulls.

"You're not trying to milk it, are you? They're both—"

Before Alvida could finish her sentence, a pitiful bellow echoed across the deck.

She stared in silence as actual milk was somehow extracted from the bull's body.

She was completely speechless.

The bull that had just been milked looked like its entire life force had been drained away. Just standing upright seemed to require all of its remaining strength.

Then its legs gave out, and it collapsed to the deck floor.

Its body continued to tremble uncontrollably from the traumatic experience.

The other bull watched this horrifying scene with growing terror. Its eyes were wide with panic and disbelief.

What the hell had it just experienced in the last few minutes?!

It had watched itself and its companion give birth to a calf, and now its buddy had even been milked somehow!

The man approaching them, was he some kind of devil?!

"Mooooo!!"

The second bull backed away into the corner of its pen.

But Marcus continued approaching step by step until he was right beside the terrified animal.

Another miserable moo rang out across the deck.

And this bull, too, was efficiently milked dry.

Both bulls lay collapsed on the wooden planks, completely exhausted.

The little calf looked confused by all the commotion but continued happily nuzzling against its "fathers."

"Want to try some?" Marcus turned and looked at Alvida, who was still staring wide-eyed at everything that had just happened.

She shook her head violently, as if the very suggestion was horrifying.

Bull milk... just imagining the taste was enough to know it would be overwhelmingly strong and probably disgusting.

Marcus then looked hopefully at Kira.

She also shook her head frantically, clearly intimidated by the concept of bull milk as well.

"Philistines," Marcus muttered, not particularly bothered by their reactions.

He looked down at the bucket of milk in his hands and reached into it to examine the contents more closely.

But when his hand touched the liquid... He pulled it out and found that not a single drop had stuck to his skin.

Seeing this interesting development, he dug a small hole in the deck floor.

He tried to pour the milk into the hole.

As expected, nothing came out of the bucket.

Whether he turned the container upside down or tried using mental commands to release the contents, nothing worked.

"Looks like I'm currently following vanilla Minecraft rules," he mused thoughtfully.

He could drink the milk directly if he wanted to, but since he didn't currently have any negative status effects to cure, there wouldn't be much benefit to consuming it.

Losing interest in the milk for now, he turned his attention to a different experiment.

He grabbed two buckets of seawater and poured them into water-filled depressions he'd dug earlier in the deck. Then he stirred the water with his hand for a few seconds. When he pulled his hand out, it was completely dry.

"Kira, bring me a small cup from the kitchen."

"Oh! Okay!"

Kira quickly fetched a cup and brought it over.

Marcus dipped the cup into the water source block he'd created.

The cup filled instantly with clear water.

He sniffed it carefully, no smell.

Then he took a sip and smacked his lips thoughtfully.

"Not salty either. Definitely not seawater anymore."

He downed the rest of the cup in one gulp, it was cool and refreshing, just like fresh spring water.

"Thought so."

In Minecraft, there wasn't really a concept of different types of water... ocean water, river water, and rain water were all treated the same by the game's systems. So even though he'd scooped up seawater, once it was placed as a source block, it automatically became normal fresh water.

Next, he grabbed two wooden planks and created an infinite water source by placing them around the existing water blocks.

"Perfect. Just as I thought it would work."

Alvida watched this process.

"What exactly is that?"

"A water source. Infinite fresh water that never runs out."

"Are you serious?!"

Alvida found this claim hard to believe.

Marcus handed her the cup and gestured for her to test it herself.

She didn't hesitate, she squatted down and began repeatedly scooping water and dumping it overboard.

But no matter how much water she poured out...

The three water source blocks never decreased in volume.

Kira was also fascinated by this, so she brought over an even larger bucket to help with the testing.

Alvida immediately grabbed the bigger container, positioned herself over the water channel, and began furiously scooping and dumping water over the side of the ship.

Ten minutes later, she stared at the unchanged water level in silence.

The infinite water source had remained perfectly stable despite her best efforts to drain it.

"Your Devil Fruit power is way too powerful," she said finally. "Is it one of those legendary Logia types? Like what the Navy Admirals use?"

Marcus shook his head. "My fruit is called the MC Fruit."

"MC?"

"Yeah."

Alvida didn't ask for further details, assuming it was just something she wasn't familiar with, which was probably true.

Honestly, even a Navy Fleet Admiral would likely be just as clueless if they were standing here right now.

"So... can this water be used for bathing?" Kira asked curiously, looking at the clean, endless supply of fresh water.

"I'm honestly not sure if it would work properly for bathing," Marcus admitted. "You guys want to try it out and see what happens?"

After all, in Minecraft, there wasn't really a concept of being "dirty" or needing to clean yourself.

"Why don't you just build us a proper bathhouse?" Kira suggested hopefully.

Would you drink the milk?

I tried to create "the song" yesterday. It took me the whole day, but I gave up and didn't succeed. Anyway, I've uploaded 5 versions on my P@treon for all members.
