Once again the Crew were spread across the deck looking forward to where the Music was coming from. It was string, the distinct sound of a 6 string bass. The same melodic riff over and over.

"It doesn't sound familiar…" Jeanne said. She was more inclined with some music, but this type she hadn't heard before. But Raven did! "I recognize it!" She said with a clap of her hands and a smile "Me too! This sounds like one of the Records I used to listen to when I was on Goa!"
"It was old though…" Leroy put a finger to his chin and thought back. "Yeah. It sounds like Metal." Raven added
"I don't know what it is but it sounds good!" Dezzi jumped "Well lets see if we can find where it's coming from…" Kirk said as he adjusted in his seat and used the wheel to adjust course.
The sound kept repeating over and over. Getting closer and closer as the Ember Blossom slowly drove through the waves. Leroy sat on the head of the large flame, legs crossed with his eyes locked on the Horizon where a thick fog hid everything from view.
He could've sworn that he saw something big moving in the Fog. Eventually, something coming through the mist.
A raft?
Far of into the distance where the music was becoming more and more clear. A figure stood, cloaked in a long black cloak that looked ragged. Gently flowing through the air.
"Hm." Leroy turned back. "Hey! You out there! Do you need help!" Leroy asked cupping his hands over his mouth before waving his arms over his head to try and catch the figures attention
Turning back to look over his shoulder he spoke "Yeah I don't seem 'em movin…Maybe its some driftwood or someth-" Suddenly a chill shot down his spine! His eyes immediately shot back to the Horizon!
The Figure was Gone!
"AHH!" Jeanne! Again Leroy spun around and dashed down to the stairs before skidding to a stop when he saw it…Not it– Him.
Standing at 12 ft tall was the figure. Looming high above the others in the cloak, inky black and fluttering softly in the wind like grass. The figures body was totally concealed, even the large hood that hung wide and covered the mans face.
The others were all stopped in their tracks as they looked up at the man, Ready for anything. Sword and the ready, electro about to ooze from a hand.
Then, a stream of light peaked through the clouds, beaming just right to reveal–
A skull.
"What the fuck!" Jeanne shouted as she scooted back. "Who are you!" Leroy shouted as he looked up "Are you the Reaper?! Well let me tell ya…My soul ain't ready to leave…So gon have to come and earn it!"
The figures head turned, adjusting the cloaks hood to now reveal the skull more. It was white and pristine, but was–Odd. The deep black sockets squinted, like that of muscle yet was bone
"What a wonderful ship…It's been so long." The figure said in a solemn deep voice. "Tell me….What year is it?"
The mans cold chilling gaze continued to look from one person to another. 'An Aquarian…And a Mink. How delightful.' The figure thought
Relaxing slightly, Leroy straightened. "It's uh…It's 1721…November 4th specifically."
A sharp inhale came from the teeth of the skull, the mouth shifting into a grimace. "17…My my…I lost track quite a bit. That would mean it's been…" The figure gazed up "102 years…Which makes me 134…"
"Wh-What?! 134?! How long have you been out here?!" Leroy asked in an Exacerbated tone. "A long long time. Long enough that it's been– I don't remember the last time I saw a person."
"Apologies for the scare." He said as he reached up, cloak sleeve falling back to reveal a bone arm and hand that clenched the hood and pulled it back. Revealing the skull in full. Devoid of any skin, muscle, or hair.
"My name is Hendri Eddie. But most call me, Eddie. It was on my Bounty Poster after all." Eddies gaze looked down to the crew, who were now far more at ease.
"A Skeleton Lost at sea. A horrifying tale if I ever heard one." Raven commented. Being totally unphased by the giant skeleton.
"Haha!" The Skeleton reached his head back and let out a surprisingly hearty laugh. "Haahaa! Ha– Wow. That was a good joke." The teeth formed into a smile as the others looked with strange eyes 'Didn't sound like a joke' they thought.
"So it was you wasn't it?" Dezzi finally spoke "You were the one that was playing that music."
"Oh. I suppose you did hear that, didn't you. It's how I've been passing my time ever since–" Eddie Stopped himself from finishing the thought. "Yes it was me. That was my 'Metal'"
He then reached behind himself and into his cloak where the others could see indeed he was skeleton across the rest of his body, though with clothes beneath. He pulled out his Guitar, it was a large skinny necked literal ax guitar. It was jet black with blue patterns of flames and misty looking clouds throughout. The body curved up and down with sharp razor like edge wedges like an ax. The head curved in up and down facing 'horns' or points
"I'd suppose you wouldn't recognize–" Eddie was running his hand across the strings lightly only for Leroy to jump in "I recognize it! Theres tons of Artist out there that do music like yours! And they call it a bunch of things…Metal, Rock…uhh other Adjectives"
His hollow sockets literally widened, a pale icy color lighting up within as if he was truly awake now "Really? Truly you mean that my Metal is now known across the world?"
"I wouldn't say its really popular…A lot of people think it's just noise. But it's popular enough for people to hate it! And wait- What do you mean 'Your metal'?" Leroy put his hands on his sash
"Well I mean it just as. My Metal. I created it back in my 20's. But I never thought it would become so popular…Or popular at all. Tell me? Do you have a place for me to sit down? So that we may continue this chat?" Eddie raised a hand and put it to his chest in a polite manner
