"How did they escape?" a woman in glasses barked, grinding her teeth together. "Those two are the main problem. I haven't injected them yet. Had I known this would happen, I would never have left them alone." She slammed her palm hard against the desk.
Sunny's brows knitted together. "I'm not really concerned about those two," he remarked grimly.
"That Ewan guy is the real issue here. His background is unknown, and he doesn't seem normal. Him escaping is a serious threat."
The woman grew more uneasy, panic flashing across her face. "It seems this place is no longer safe. Make the others unconscious—we have to—"
Before she could finish, a piercing alarm blared throughout the facility.
"Who else is trying to escape now?" she muttered irritably, already rushing toward the exit.
Sunny followed closely behind.
When they reached outside, both froze in shock at the sight of the man calmly waiting for them.
