The announcer's voice boomed through the arena:

A ten-foot-tall centaur entered the stage, its upper body thick with muscle, and its lower half was armored like a living tank.
Its eyes glowed red, and it held a giant axe almost as big as a tree trunk. The weapon was covered in glowing runes filled with dark energy.
The crowd roared.

"And now… stepping into the ring— Heir to the throne…Son of Queen Hailey, the Dragon Queen… and Inheritor of the strongest bloodline of our Overlord !"
The crowd leaned forward.
"Born from violet flame… here comes the one and only, Ashley Aurelius!"
Thunderous cheers exploded from the arena.

From the shadowed corridor, he stepped into the light.
