Chapter 11 - Drifting in unseen currents.

"What is really this smell on me? Why can't I get it off?" he said, sitting with a straight back, steady shoulders, and calm hands, exuding quiet strength and refined grace. "Wěi!" A man wearing flowing layers of white and pale blue silk, moving like gentle clouds across a clear sky, delicate silver and blue cloud-and-mist embroidery traced the hems and wide sleeves, evoking serenity and openness rather than cold restraint, a finely carved jade crown held his long dark hair in place, completing the impression of refined nobility and quiet strength — a man whose presence seemed to still the world around him, called out to him as he walked in. It was Luò Ruì, his older brother, the first water master to fully wield its full powers. He and Luò Wěi are know as the first cultivators to wield full spiritual powers of the Primordial Elements, the most rare, pure and powerful elements that can create myths or create other elements. Because of their rarity, they were only heard in tails until the two brothers of the Luò clan were born. Even though they wield their full power, they cannot use them because they are too strong for human body.

"Big brother!" he said, standing and greeted his brother with a fist-and-palm salute and a slight bow, showing respect and formality. "Did you get marked by a dragon?" he said, eyes widen in shock, eyebrows raised and his mouth slightly open. "No! I..." He said explaining how everything that had happened. "Judging by the fact that you were able to get intimate with her, it means she has to be a descendant of a dragon powerful than the white dragon." he said, standing upright, holding a sword horizontally behind his back, with a straight, composed posture that radiates calm elegance. The sword was a water sword that had a slender, graceful blade that shimmered like rippling jade waters, its surface etched with flowing wave patterns. The guard curved subtly like a curling river, and the hilt was wrapped in dark blue silk, smooth and flowing like a quiet stream. A small aquamarine gem adorned the pommel, glowing softly as if holding the spirit of a serene lake, giving the sword an aura of refined elegance and hidden, unstoppable force. Luò Wěi stopped in his tracks, his eyes widen with shock as he realized what it meant.

He turned and walked towards Luò Ruì, only stopping 2 steps away from him. "This means she is a direct descendant of the Jīn Huī (The Golden dragon) or Fēi Hóng (The Black dragon), but that won't be possible because The Crimson's spiritual powers are too powerful for a human body to handle, not even her dragon descendant can handle it so it can only she is the direct descendant of the Golden dragon. But why was her spiritual powers so weak? It is indeed drifting in unseen currents." he said, his brows furrowed, his eyes narrowed in concentration, trying to figure out what he was missing. "Did you see which clan is she from?" Luò Ruì said, lifting his face that was looking down to look at Luò Wěi who was lost in thoughts trying to figure the mystery behind the woman he spent the night with when he was brought out of his conflicting thoughts by Luò Ruì's question. "She is the newly wed bride of the Earl's manor. I heard on the night of the wedding the young master had a relapse so she went to the Mountain of Mó Fēi Zhī Dì to ask the mountain god to help her husband since she is his disciple."

He said, his eyes widening in shock when he realized that he had broke one of the most sacred rules of their clan, spending a night with a married woman. "Luò Wěi! Hahaha!" he said, turning his head to look at him with his eyes widen in shock, then busted in laughter. Luò Wěi was so confused to see his brother laugh in such a dire situation like the one he was in sorry. "Hahaha! I'm sorry. I didn't mean to laugh, its just that I had just imagined grandpa's expression when he finds out that his sweet and quiet grandson broke the clan's sacred rule of not sleeping with a married woman." He had just finished talking when the door was kicked open. "What?! LUÒ WĚI!!!!!" He shouted after he had just kicked the door, breaking his favorite rule of saying 'No Noise Allowed'.
