For 3 days it continued compressing into a bizarre spiral, without growing beyond what it should, but still managing to grow, but at this point the heroes' brains were already gone so I told the inhabitants to cut everything and start over.
And the inhabitants of this universe by my order began to "take care" of the heroes, they destroy the plant almost completely until the heroes fully regenerate and thus allow the plant to grow back.
