Aria's POV
The kitchen was filled with the warm aroma of freshly cooked food as I stood chatting with Regan, who was busy preparing lunch for everyone. He was chopping vegetables, stirring pots, and moving around like a professional chef, while I was… well, keeping him company more than helping.
"Are you going to actually lend a hand, or just stand there watching me work?" Regan teased, raising an eyebrow at me.
I laughed, leaning against the counter. "I'm providing moral support. That counts, right?"
He rolled his eyes. "Right. Just wait until I make you taste test everything."
Before I could respond, the doorbell rang. "I'll get it!" I called out, darting toward the door. Pulling it open, I grinned widely as I saw Chloe and Bella standing there, smiling just as brightly.
"Hey!" I exclaimed, hugging them both in turn. "This is the first time you've been here! Welcome!"
"We've been waiting for this," Chloe said, looking around. "Where's Regan?"
