Xia Xiao and Gao Jiaxing sized up the seafood stall, which was doing incredibly well; all they saw were the bustling waitstaff and Shao Bing's wife tirelessly collecting money and making change.
"Business isn't bad," Xia Xiao said.
Gao Jiaxing nodded, "A few days ago, when I talked to Yuanchao on the phone, he told me that Shao Bing was here and suggested that I should come try it out if I had the chance."
Gao Jiaxing nodded again; he had once been under Liu Yuanchao, and he knew all too well how much he had learned from Liu Yuanchao, a man he greatly admired.
Soon the garlic vermicelli scallops were served first, and Gao Jiaxing and Xia Xiao began to taste Shao Bing's culinary skills. The flavor was really good, and Xia Xiao quite liked it after trying it.
"Delicious," Xia Xiao nodded repeatedly and said, "It even tastes better than what we eat at the hotel."
Gao Jiaxing also nodded, agreeing that the taste was indeed not bad.
