"Little Lan, you finally spoke some sense," Zhang Shenjing had tears in his eyes, "I know there's a good restaurant nearby, let's go eat there, hold tight!" The car turned into a nearby lane, taking lefts and rights for about twenty minutes, and stopped in front of a building.
Many cars were parked in front of the building, and the three of them got out and went inside with Zhang Shenjing leading the way. They did not go upstairs but instead went through the lobby, around the staircase. Behind the stairs, there was a big door which Zhang Shenjing entered confidently. Through the door, one could see a courtyard ahead, and another building within the courtyard was surrounded by tall walls, blocking the view from outsiders.
In the lobby on the first floor, there was a reception area. Seeing a phone by the reception as she followed the onward Zhang Shenjing, she asked him, "Can we use this phone here?"
"Of course."
