On the phone, Li Shan asked, "Do you want me to pick you up at the airport?"
"Huh?" Wan Chuchu was puzzled. She had lost Ming Wan; how could she possibly return now? She had to find Ming Wan first.
So she said, "Brother Lishan, I won't go back yet. Can you help me locate the ring my grandfather gave me?"
Li Shan asked, "Isn't the ring with you?"
Wan Chuchu, in a low mood, said, "No, an hour and a half ago, I put the ring on Ming Wan's hand, and now I can't find her. Please help me locate her, I promised the Crown Prince that I would take good care of Ming Wan."
Having failed to fulfill what she had promised, Wan Chuchu regretted her previous carelessness.
Hearing her words, Li Shan curiously said, "The location of the ring shows it's on the way to the airport, about twenty minutes from arriving."
"What?!" Wan Chuchu was shocked and couldn't quite believe what she heard.
