While Michael in Aurora went about handling various matters, another Michael sat quietly in the Land of Origin.
The scenery around him was majestic. Towering mountain peaks stretched toward the sky in every direction. Clouds drifted lazily between them while cold winds swept across the rocky landscape.
Michael sat atop a massive boulder overlooking the mountains. His attention was focused on two items resting in his hands.
A palm-sized black coffin. And a silver ring.
These were currently his two storage treasures. The first was naturally the Damaged Coffin of the Forgotten. The second was the spatial ring he had acquired later.
Both were invaluable Three-Star Epic Grade treasures, obtained as rewards from his rank advancement quest.
Yet at this moment, Michael was not admiring them.
