To be precise, he landed beside All Might, then squatted down and helped him up in front of everyone.

As the officials responsible for the entire Pro Hero system in Japan argued, President Hiraoka, seated at the head of the table, slammed the desk.

Hearing that rhetorical question, the officials hesitated. Then Hiraoka's tone softened slightly as he continued in a low voice.
"Of course, none of this needs to be made public. Let everything settle quietly amidst the noise. Coordinate with the relevant media outlets."
"Our top priority right now is to get Kaminari Denki to accept a Hero license!"
"Understood?"
The officials from the Hero Public Safety Commission answered in unison, "Understood!!"
As expected, just as the old Mitsui Buntais predicted, the authorities weren't brainless. They understood what choices to make.
Kaminari's power had given them renewed confidence.

On the screen, ten recordings of Wolfram yelling from the tower on I-Island played one after another.
