There are seven stages in the Shadow Evolution.
The first stage is body amplification, perfects the mortal body and Increasing his prowess, completely removing all his weaknesses as a human, and a Mortal. Making him a Superhuman, as well as his Strength amplification beyond recognition.

The Second Stage is Spiritual Modification.
In other to grow beyond the physical and mortal stage.
The Spiritual Modification must begin. The Spiritual Modification is Transcending him into an Half Spiritual Force, which means his body isn't hindered by mortal forces.
Mortals are not limitless.They are limited by a certain level and stage, but when one reaches a Spiritual Stage, such Limits will be removed. The Second Stage is the Spiritual Modification which transcends the body.
