From the tips of his toes, materialising from white particles of light, his armor was being created, directly worn on top of his body, whilst at his waist, a long katana was forming.
Completely black armor, plates forming over his shoulders and abdomen and over the sides of his thighs.
A mesh like material connecting each part of the armor, metallic yet malleable and easy to move in.
The katana forming at his side was long, longer than any usual katana, it wasn't a katana… it was a long sleek black odachi.
Finally the weapon and armor fully materialised over his body.
Looking down at his new weapon and armor, Kazuo smiled as he made a fist and bumped the front plate slightly, a clear metallic sound ringing out.
'Good… very very fucking good.' Kazuo thought as he sent his chakra through both the odachi and armor, it didn't show any reaction outwardly yet it sucked in the chakra easily, getting imbued into it without a single issue, there were no imperfections in the quality or quantity. Perfect chakra resonance.
Turning to look at the clouds of smoke below him for one last time, Kazuo felt a sense of accomplishment rush through him, his memories of the times he had died during his first few days in this world going through his mind before he shook his head in what could only be called nostalgia and amusement at his past self before lifting his head once more and spreading all of his angelic wings wide and shooting himself forward towards the rain village once more.
Days passed, two days to be more exact. During this time, the news of the complete annihilation of the land of iron had spread to each corner of the elemental nations.
Inside the land of fire, in the village hidden in the leaves, at the Hokage tower, a high ranking meeting was taking place.
Hokage Minato Namikaze, Jinchuriki of the Nine tails, Kushina Uzumaki, Uchiha Patriarch, Fugaku Uchiha, Toad Sannin Jiraya, Hyuga Patriarch, Hiashi Hyuga, Nara Patriarch, Shikaku Nara aswell as the now current strongest team in the hidden leaf village. With a reputation that was getting close to the Sannin of the previous generations.
Team seven, consisting of Nohara Rin, a girl that resembled both a human and a tailed beast, Hatake Kakashi, son of the White Fang and lastly Uchiha Obito who was now considered a prodigy of the Uchiha Clan.
"We can't keep him as a capture on sight anymore Lord Hokage." Shikaku said aloud as he put forward the scroll documenting the incident.
"The complete annihilation of an entire village, the death count is higher than twenty thousand, it was a mass genocide." Shikaku continued as he took a step back to allow Minato to read the scroll.
The words did a rounds around the room, each person's expression turning more grim.
They still remembered what had happened at the Hyuga Clan District on the day of Kazuo's desertation.
'To think… you've reached this level already Kazuo.' Kakashi thought inwardly as he clenched his hand tighter.
'Just… how strong does one have to be… to destroy an entire village on his own… how will… how will I even bring him back?' Obito thought as he clenched his own fists at his sides, his expression scrunched up, unable to control his emotions as easily as Kakashi.
Rin meanwhile had released a soft gasp, her face growing paler as her body shook slightly, meanwhile Kushina who was at her side placed a firm hand on her shoulder, trying to reassure her and give her some stability in a world that felt like it had completely flipped in the span of a few days but there was no stability to be gained, it was too shocking, too harrowing and gruesome to even think about, and it was their reality.
The boy they had trained together with, the boy they had shared their lunch with, the boy they had once fought alongside with, the one who had sacrificed himself for them, who had always taken the most danger for them, he was gone.
That boy was dead, and all that remained was this monster who killed thousands of people for what felt to them was nothing, no actual reason, none at all, just a psychopathic monster having fun ravaging the lives of others.
"Will you be creating a team to get rid of him?" Hiashi asked, his voice tight, he was ready to offer his best clan members for the mission, Kazuo had done something unimaginable to the Hyuga clan, and atleast in some parts, he had been a hyuga, his actions were an extremely bad reflection on the clan's image.
"No, sending anyone below an S rank ninja would be a suicide mission, if he's already capable of this… besides me and Jiraya sensei… I dont think anyone would be able to survive an encounter with him." Minato replied as he shook his head slowly as he put the scroll down onto his desk after having finished reading it.
"Kakashi, you and Itachi met him a while back. What are your thoughts?" Minato asked as he turned his head towards his disciples.
"He's strong, Itachi and I couldn't do anything but run away, he spared us. We couldn't even see his movements, Itachi's sharingan didnt do anything and even I wasn't able to track him at all. We believe he has some sort of teleportation technique, and his abilities related to genjutsu have developed far enough that even the sharingan gets fooled by them." Kakashi replied as he gave what little he had gained from his encounter with Kazuo.
"Then from this moment on, Kazuo is to be put as a flee on sight missing ninja of the leaf, designated at the S rank." Minato announced, his words sending another shock through the room.
An eighteen year old kid being put as a flee on sight, it meant… that he had already reached the levels of Minato during the third great shinobi world war.
