Mikel decided to sell the formula to the other bases seeing as the price will have to be at least an arm and a leg. Besides, he still has the mana heart pill. Two injections will increase the chances of awakening a unique ability but the mana heart is another story.
"I have decided to sell my formula to all of you. 10 million low level spirit stones." Mikel announced leaving everyone in surprise. Of course some are downright angry at this ridiculous price.
"What?!" Wei brothers are both shocked and wanted to scold Mikel.
"That's a lot of spirit stones." Ming Ye wrinkled his eyebrows. "What a big appetite you have Toy master." The man released a strong heat wave. It headed directly at Mikel.
Everyone expected to see Mikel sweat or be uncomfortable at the very least frown st the disrespect. However, Mikel didn't even look at the man. All the hot air directed at him is absorbed by Mikel as magic disappearing in the air without a trace.
The people seated became shocked. They have never heard of this phenomenon. They don't know that it is because Mikel has already taken several heart pills which has increased his level to the stage of mana heart. This is when the heart is transformed by mana in the air turning into an organ capable of pumping mana throughout the body.
Thos has left Mikel's body in a state of mana deprivation resulting in the absorption of any mana in the air. His body has been forged into an ideal mage body capable of independent absorption of mana in the air. Even Mikel hadn't known about this side effect but welcome it. Seeing the dumbfounded expressions of everyone in the room. He didn't explain himself.
"If you're done, please leave my meeting." Mikel said lightly. As soon as his words fell, 9 burly men came in one after another. Together, they released the same heat wave direction it towards Ming Ye.
"Please." One of them put a hand over his chest and made a gesture with the other hand. This gesture is politely inviting Ming Ye to leave the room.
The men and women in the meeting realized Toy master is really serious.
"Mikel, you can't be serious?" Ming Ye chuckled. But the men didn't think it was funny, so they moved in, surrounding his chair.
"Wait! I was wrong. Can I stay? Please?" He saw these men are ready to pull him outside with his red hair and panicked.
Mikel nodded at the men but they stood behind him now. "As I was saying..10 million low level spirit stones. Per formula. You may band together and buy it as a group, if you're into team work."
This idea is not bad. But the problem is these people do not like each other. However, since interest are involved, then they can certainly work together. Hopefully.
"The Blackwell family will pay this sum. We ask that you do not sell the formula to others afterwards." Huo Fang said looking at Mikel.
Instead of answering, Mikel took out a small pill bottle with a single bright red pill. The others couldn't recognize this pill, but the hunters eyes gleamed with obvious greed. "Where did you get this pill?" Huo Fang's breathing became hurried.
"Blood moon pill." Mikel said the name slowly. "50 million medium grade mana stones for the recipe." The people in the room sucked in cold breaths.
The four hunter families looked at the pill with deep longing. "I will only sell the recipe and instructions on how to make this pill once."
The four families stood up to report back home one by one. The pill recipe is a strategic resource. Having it will make the family very powerful and rich in the future.
There was a family with these formulas and recipes but they were schemed against by the other hunter families which brings us to this scene.
"Don't you think you're asking for too much?" Ming Ye couldn't help but ask. This base leader doesn't seem to fear death. Going against the hunters like that, is not a wise decision.
"About the 10 million, all of us here will pitch in and buy it." Lu Song said watching Mikel's reaction.
"It's 10 million per evolution potion. Which makes it 20 million. You have one month. Good luck gentlemen." Mikel dismissed the base leaders and went to meet the last group.
"Mikel." Lu Loufei stood up upon seeing Mikel enter.
"So, you survived the attack, I'm glad." Mikel poured himself a glass of juice from the table.
"It wasn't easy." Iron tail said. He is a member of the Huo family and can exert an elephant's strength.
"I bet. So, what can I do for you gentlemen?" Mikel asked slightly uneasy with these people's presence in his base.
It had to be known that initially I had wanted to let them train my people how to use their powers against the two clans. But their untamed and unruly potential makes me uneasy.
"We came for the resources aimed at improving our strength. We didn't come empty handed." Lu Loufei said gesturing to three half a meter wooden boxes in the room. It is not that he hadn't seen them, but he was trying not to be too conspicuous.
Mikel may be inclined to agree, not only are they in the outs with their own kind, the hunters. But they are also strongly against the two clans which is very good news for him.

"Don't you want to use it for yourself?" Mikel asked. If they know how valuable these manuals are, then why are they giving it away?
"Once a hunters mark is awakened. We can only cultivate the specific bloodline manuals. A dark element mage can not use the same cultivation manual used in the Blackwell family even though they both use dark element. But civilians with a mana palace can use these to get stronger." The librarian said fixing his glasses.
"I will have to inspect each of the books carefully. What if you give me incomplete manuals?" Mikel hid his excitement and gave then a few mana blade grass.
"This is the legendary blood moon pill. I trust you don't need me to explain the use for this pill?" Mikel said looking at his guests.
The people in the room kept silent but nodded their heads. "Give me all the mage related knowledge in your hands and I will give you the formula."
My words shocked them. In truth, Mikel would do anything to ensure the humans triumph in the war against those vampires and even the wolves if need be. He wants to enhance the strength on the human side. Short of giving his things away, he is not reluctant to share them at all.
"We will talk about it in detail. For now, what can you give us for these books?" Lu Loufei seeing Mikel's sincerity said.
Mikel directly took out 700 blades of grass, neutral element. Then gave them 200 blood moon pills.
"A pleasure doing business with you." Mikel smiles as he inspected the manuals.
"Do you still have that holy water?" Lu Loufei asked.
"It's mana dew. I have it, I'll give you ten liters. But I need you to help me train my soldiers for a while. They don't know how to fight blood kin." Mikel said looking at his last life's best friend in expectation.
This is a gamble. They are more than what he can take in terms of strength but h has been generous enough. "Is that a trade you are willing to do?" Mikel asked, hiding the unease in his heart.
"There are a few of us with training experience but ..." Lu Loufei scratched this beared.
"You can't guarantee the safety of my men?" Mikel finished his statement with a realization. Lu Loufei is taken aback by the accuracy of his guess. He nodded.
"Well then, think about what else you have to trade with me." Mikel relented. He is carefully carefully nourishing his soldiers, it would be a shame if they were to fall in the hands of a trainer.
"We will talk soon then. We already got more than we were prepared for. It wasn't a wasted trip." Lu Loufei stood up smiling from ear to ear.
"I'm glad to hear it." Mikel pulled Lu Loufei 's large frame and said something into his ear. Whatever he said clearly agitated him.
Mikel showed them the exit with the same smile he had in the beginning. Taking away the books, he called in the teachers from his school and trainers in army castle to make copies and create a new section of the library.
Except for trainers, the Toy city almost has it all. This was a good day. The humans gathered whatever resources they have to scrape together. In less than a month, hunters had already gathered the 50 million medium grade mana stones while the humans were still scrambling.
Mikel had sold off the three formulas in the second month and his world became silent again. He made a few hundred blood moon pills incase Sian came back.
When word got out about Toy city having cultivation manuals which allows it's soldiers to grow stronger actively, masses joined Toy city training castle and became part of it.
Mikel decided to lay low while the outside world is organizing themselves for the upcoming war. Especially that twin brother of his. Going to his flat for a well deserved rest, he found Kai waiting for him outside his door step.
"Mikel..." Kai, that wolf cub from the past seems to be fully grown up now.
"What do you need?" Mikel asked rubbing his eyebrows. He has a headache already. It has just been a long day. He suppressed a yawn.
"I miss you." Kai said with red eyes and red hair, he really looks supernatural like this. So otherworldly attractive.
"I don't understand what you need from me." Mikel said bluntly. He misses him, why should he know this?
"Do you not have any feelings for me at all?" Kai's ears drops in what seems like sadness.
"Romantic feelings? Aren't you like, 12 years old?" Mikel blinked in surprise. At that time, Kai's wolf was busy humping him shamelessly. He had thought it had nothing to do with the person.
"Im 17, I was just malnourished and my wolf hadn't awakened yet." Kai spoke with indignation.
"I don't have such feelings Kai. In fact, I may even be emotionally crippled. Please don't waste your time on me. It's not possible." He had to be ruthless and rip the bandage now before the wound fester.
Kai looked dejected. "How about giving it a try?"

Kai quickly walked over and took the bottle from his hand. He studied the pill, his expression getting more and more excited.
"How?..where..?" He took deep breaths to calm himself. "Are you really giving it to me for free?" Mikel can see him holding his breath.
"Yes. Just forget about romance. We are better off as acquaintances." Mikel may have not said it straightforwardly but it basically means 'take the pills and stop bothering me'
In the mean time Kai is shocked to find out he is not even considered a friend by Mikel. In fact, Mikel wanted to be friends. However, how to be friends with someone who wants you with all his being.
But you are just not into them? That will be stringing someone along and he has suffered something like this in the past. Mikel wouldn't wish such a thing to anyone.
Kai seems heartbroken. Torn between strength and love, but this love is the kind that will not belong to him. Whereas this pill will be his.
Everytime there is a possibility of companionship, Mikel will find a way to sabotage it.
The reason is simple, he can not trust others with his heart. Not after what he has been through.
In this life he doesn't need to be saved, he just wants to be safe. Until he finds a person who gives him this feeling, he will be casual.
The next couple of days April and the technology team completed the barrier technology and put it up for sale in the internet.
While Mikel is inside his space planting crops, making medicine and cultivating to increase his strength, the team has already sold 6 barrier technologies to four base leaders.
The income is in hundreds of thousands in low level mana stones. Two groups even brought element mana stones which is a huge surprise for the team.
The military has adjusted the training schedule to include meditation and reading in the army castle library.
In the orskirts of central city, three young men and two women walked towards the main gate of the central base. They are wearing particular clothing. It seems to be in ancient style hanfu t-shirts, qipao dress carrying weapons that look to be three times heavier than the owners.
In the base gate, a woman asked the person registering people's names. "Where is Toy city?"
Someone pointed the direction and the five people turned and left. The five of them entered Toy city and spent a few mana stones to get into the casino.
From there, they charmed, fed and enjoyed themselves. They didn't kill anyone but the humans were fed on and turned into blood slaves. Mikel watched in the screen as several of his hard working people are targeted and fed on.
He didn't move until everything in in place.
"You're not welcome here." Mikel said coldly taking a woman from one of the man. The woman is reluctant, clinging to the old blood kin and even grinding her lower body on him.
When a vampire feeds directly from the skin of a living human. Their fangs inject a type of pheromones that will make the human submit to the vampire. Some make you relax while others carry an aphrodisiac element, driving the humans crazy with desire for that blood kin.
These pheromones differ from blood kin to blood kin. In his last life, Mikel was deeply disgusted with them so even though the pheromones made him relaxed when they fed on him, the repulsive feeling of their proximity and their treatment of him saved him from completely becoming a willing blood slave.

"You were waiting for us here. Surely you have an idea of what we are after." Another female blood kin said. She watched Mikel with a gaze that make him seem like he is an ant in front of her.
"Aren't you all a little too old to be playing this kind of game with me?" He sat down in front of them watching them with focus.
Old vampires do not have blood red eyes unless hungry or in an emotional state. This is why they were able to enter her city without being detected.
"We want your formula for the two potions." The male one started to speak. These beings are really good looking but awfully pale, not in a milky baby kind of pale, but creepy Dracula kind of pale.
"Im under oath, can't help you." Mikel answered without blushing.
"Oh?" One woman said giving Mikel a ruthless smile. "How many people live in this city? Between the five of us, how long do you think it would take us to kill each and everyone here?"
"Probably not long. It will also depend on whether you stop to feed along the way." He admitted. Hearing his calm voice, the vampires thought he doesn't understand this blatant threat.
"If you don't give us the two potions, we will kill each and every person in this city. Can you live with that?" One asked with a smirk.
Just then, the five powerful blood kin fell on the ground their bones turning to liquid. No matter how powerful they are, without bones, they can't control their own bodies.
In only a few minutes they started to scream, the five of them have all turned into puddles on the floor. He took out five wooden buckets and put each person inside a bucket and closed the lid shut.
Then he carved spells on the wooden buckets, as soon as the spells took effect, he tossed them inside his space and walked out after instructing servants to clean rhe floor.
He took care of the formula sale with the base leader, the hunters and even the previous hunters who were prisoners not long ago. Of course he was waiting for the two clans to catch wind of this and asked April to notify him as soon as the sensors detect a member of the two clans.
After taking care of everything, Toy city welcomed another seclusion period.
The barrier has already been upgraded. Even the gods will require invitation to enter the base. Mikel is planning on allowing his city a peaceful time while he is busy with making a new pill from the formula in his space.
He couldn't leave the city open for the two clans to disturb his people while he is away.
