Arata tought as he was getting hugged by a 4 year old girl that is named Nejire Hado.He did think that he was problaly going to reincarnate at the same year with the main cast but he borned 1 year before.

He was able to walk and jump with his power but that does not changce the fact he is a baby.Because of that most of the time he gets out when mom is sleeping.He maybe could have Goku powers but that does not chance the fact he doesnt have Goku's experience.
Not only that but he only could use super saiyan (base) in here so his god ki will not get the atention of other gods.
