Kakashi gripped his sword tighter. There was no other choice—Kakashi had to face it head-on.
Without hesitation, Kakashi jumped forward, his Sharingan spinning rapidly, analyzing every movement of the Biju. The creature's tail shot towards Kakashi again, this time faster and stronger.
However, Kakashi was ready. With incredible reflexes, Kakashi leaped to the side, spinning in the air, then landed on a tree trunk to launch himself back towards the Biju.
Kakashi swung his sword at the creature's legs, trying to sever its tendons to hinder the Biju's movement. But as if sensing Kakashi's intent, the Biju jumped back and countered with a wave of chakra energy that exploded from its mouth.
Kakashi immediately jumped high, avoiding the explosion that shattered the ground beneath him, but this caused Kakashi's sword to slip from his grip and get lodged in the ground upside down.
As Kakashi hovered in the air, he threw several kunai wrapped in explosive tags towards the Biju. The kunai exploded upon contact with the Biju's body, creating a massive shockwave that forced the creature back a few steps.
However, the effect was not strong enough to injure the creature. The Biju roared loudly, causing the air pressure to swirl like a small storm.
Kakashi landed on the ground and immediately ran back, searching for an opening. But the Biju did not allow Kakashi to approach easily. The creature's tail attacked in various directions, forcing Kakashi to keep dodging at incredible speed.
"Damn... I need to find another way," Kakashi muttered amidst the battle.
Kakashi knew that facing the Biju directly would only waste his time and energy. The only way to stop this creature was to attack its consciousness.
Kakashi's Sharingan spun faster, his gaze locked onto the Biju's eyes. He needed to enter the Biju's mind, penetrate its chakra layers, and reach Rin's consciousness hidden within.
The Biju rampaged, attacking more brutally, its claws striking the ground with great force, creating large cracks around it. Kakashi seized the opportunity to run in circles, dodging the attacks while continuing to strengthen the effects of his Sharingan.
When their eyes met, Kakashi finally found an opening. He activated Genjutsu with full power!
The Biju growled, its movements slowing for a moment. The creature's body trembled, and within seconds, it fell silent. Inside the Biju's mind, Kakashi implanted an illusion that made the Biju believe it was trapped in an endless void.

The creature's eyes, glowing red with rage, suddenly widened, and its body trembled violently. The red chakra enveloping the creature began to crack, glowing in flickering red and blue light like the last flames before extinguishing.
The cracks widened further.
From behind the shattered chakra, something slowly emerged… someone.
Kakashi's eyes widened. "No… this…"

"Rin…?"
Kakashi's body instantly froze. His heart seemed to stop beating.
