Noe didn't flinch away at the sound of his voice, not when Till's warm hand was resting against the side of his face and his pretty, ocean blue eyes were staring.
Noe stared back, his eyes boring into him and roaming every feature of his face as if he were searching for something.
'It isn't that…it can't be. Nothing else fits, he's nothing like him. Ezra…Ez has his eyes, he smiles just like him, even their hair is the same colour.'

Till, unaware of the quiet turmoil taking place inside of his mind, simply smiled back and dropped his hand from the side of his face.
"Oh, but you don't need to do the same for me of course. I can look after myself. And if I get myself killed then, well…that's my own fault. I don't need protecting." He raised the sponge and began to wipe the blood from his face.
