After the wedding, I went to this kingdom's adventurers guild. I registered in but they had to test my skill first. They brought out a spherical ball and told me place my hand on it.
As soon as I did the ball shattered into many pieces. The guild receptionist looked stunned by what she had witnessed.
"Sir, I believe there is a problem with this ball."
As she said that she brought out another ball
and as soon as I placed my hand on it, it shattered again. Then suddenly a figure came from behind. And started talking to his friends.
"Look, he's so useless that the ball can't even find out how low his stats are."
Now I knew that I could only have this system. So I asked them.
"What stats are talking about?" I asked.
"Are you dumb, adventurers can access the Ignier system. It's the way adventurers fight monsters. Are you just a normal person." said one of them.
Sort of understanding what they explained, I had a feeling that my system wasn't the Ignier system but something else.
Suddenly out of nowhere they started to attack me for no reason. As I didn't want to harm them I just dodged all of their strikes. But then they started to get frustrated.
"Can you only dodge, can't you atta--" before he could complete the sentence a punch was coming for his face.
He flew all the way out of the door and his lackeys were to stunned to speak. But they didn't have to speak as they were also thrown out of the adventurers guild.
I just told the guild receptionist to keep my rank at F, as I didn't want to stand out. As she handed my adventurers card, I could see her hands trembling.
"You don't need to be scared, I don't harm innocent people."
I saw the slight relief in her face. Noticing it I felt that I had done enough and went to quest board. Since I was F rank I could only do quests up to E rank. So I took the hardest E rank mission, I could find. Even the guild receptionist was shocked to see I had pick this quest. But after some insisting she let me take the quest. Hurrily I started running to the location, which was, The Nightmare Forest.
