"There's 2 enemies ahead of us," I whispered to Ytria so that she wouldn't be surprised. Judging by her instant nod, she already knew. Of course, she was a well-established soldier, wasn't she? Good. I need someone who knows what they're doing fighting alongside me.
"What's the odds they know about the monsters?" She asked while keeping her attentive gaze on the enemy.
"The Grimace?"
She cast me an accusing glance, saying "You know their name now? You got some secret friend I don't know about?"
"I wouldn't call him a friend," I responded. This insult incited an instant rebuttal from the system.
